通過(guò)造型機射砂壓實(shí)后的砂型面效果圖片，模具高度較低，砂型設置高度為上箱100mm下箱80mm。

自動(dòng)造型機白天作業(yè)打型，晚上工人開(kāi)爐澆注，整體車(chē)間場(chǎng)地可分兩批對換擺放砂型，砂子澆注后經(jīng)過(guò)一天的時(shí)間冷卻才被重新回收利用，保證了砂子在正常溫度下重新進(jìn)過(guò)機器造型澆注，使得鑄件的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有更好的保障！
